Yamuna Body Rolling

Phase One: Experiential Anatomy Course

YBR, the original small ball therapy, uses specially designed balls in specific routines based on a completely original philosophy of fitness. The focus is on improving alignment, function, range of motion, flexibility and tone.

YBR is a flexible body of work that adapts to any form of fitness or therapeutic practice - but begins with terrific benefits for your own body. Discover your anatomy experientially by rolling out individual muscles and feeling how they connect to the bone, react at the joint and discover how it feels when it releases.

This self work will manifest in your practice as a dynamic teaching tool to deepen your understanding of your clients issues and will enable you to add a completely new dimension to their program.
