Intensive Mat Plus Repertoire (IMP)
Level 1 Provides you with the solid foundation and skills you need to develop effective and motivating group and personal training programs. At the end of the course, you are qualified to design and teach essential and intermediate level matwork classes, integrating small equipment to add variety and to meet the special needs of your clients
Intensive Reformer Repertoire (IR)
Level 2 This course prepares you to teach a broad range of exercises, variations and modifications performed on the Reformer- the key piece of resistance equipment used in Pilates exercise. You will learn how to combine matwork and reformer -based workouts to increase variety and intensity.
Cadillac, Chair & Barrels Repertoire (CCB)
level 1 This course prepares you to teach essential and intermediate level stretch and strength exercises on equipment designed to complete STOTT Pilates training: Cadillac Table, Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel. By the end of the course you are able to fine-tune both personal and circuit training programs to meet a variety of your clients conditioning goals- from post rehabilitation to athletic performance.
Injury and Special Populations
(ISP) This course equips you with the skills and in-depth knowledge required to address a broad range of physical challenges among your clients. Upon successful completion of this lecture-demonstration, you will be able to customize your clients' workout to address particular weaknesses, conditions, postural problems or injuries.
Advanced Matwork Repertoire (AM)
If you have successfully completed STOTT Pilates Intensive or Comprehensive Mat Level 1 and want to expand your repertoire of skills to challenge the fittest of clients.
Advanced Reformer Repertoire
(AR) If you have successfully completed STOTT Pilates Intensive or Comprehensive Reformer Level 1 and want to expand your repertoire to challenge the fittest of clients.
